Jae Walker
Levy Kangwa, professionally known as Jae Walker, is an emerging Hip-Hop, Afro, and R&B artist from Luangwa, Zambia. His musical journey began in 2019, inspired by the influence and success of renowned Zambian rapper Slapdee, whose artistry motivated him to pursue his own path in music.
Jae Walker draws inspiration from popular tracks such as “Slapdee Zones,” “African Queen,” and Lil Baby’s “Drip Too Hard.” His music carries a message of persistence, self-belief, and hope — encouraging others to “never give up in life, even when people condemn you; just keep going and work hard.”
Though he hasn’t yet performed publicly or collaborated widely, Jae Walker continues to push his craft forward despite challenges like limited support and financial constraints, which have made it difficult to produce videos or promote his work. His determination remains unshaken as he aims to rise among Zambia’s greats.
