You hereby grant to Zedist Music a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable licence to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, stream, display, transmit and make available your Content in connection with the Service.
The Service may display advertising or other monetisation features. You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any share of any advertising or other revenue generated by your Content. All such revenue belongs to Zedist Music.
You retain ownership of your Content and all rights not expressly granted herein. We may remove or refuse to host any Content at our discretion.
If you believe that any Content infringes your rights you should contact us as described in the Takedown Policy. We will respond according to that policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account or access at any time for violations of these Terms.
The Service is provided “as-is”. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia (or another jurisdiction you choose) and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
