Content Takedown Policy

At Zedist Music we respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that any Content on our Service infringes your rights, please send us a proper notice as described below.

1. Notice of Infringement

Your notice must include:

• Your full legal name, address, telephone number and email.
• A description of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed.
• A URL or other specific location where the infringing material is found on our Service.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights-holder.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury (or equivalent) that the information in your notice is accurate and you are the rights-holder or authorised to act.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

2. Response

We will review your notice promptly. If valid, we will remove or disable access to the Content and notify the uploader. We may also notify the rights-holder of a counter-notice.

3. Counter-Notice

If an uploader believes the Content was removed in error, they may provide a counter-notice with similar information. We may restore the Content unless a rights-holder obtains a court order.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing Content.
