Apson Muchenya, professionally known as J-Muche, is an emerging Zambian rapper and versatile artist blending hip-hop and dancal sounds. He began his musical journey in 2024 while still at school, driven by his passion for life experiences and storytelling. Music has been both an outlet and inspiration, helping him express his personal journey and the challenges he faces.

J-Muche’s favorite tracks are inspired by Jemax, reflecting his admiration for artists who craft meaningful music. Although he has collaborated with several local artists, he has yet to perform live, focusing instead on building his craft and perfecting his sound.

Like many emerging musicians, he faces financial challenges, particularly with funding studio sessions, but remains dedicated and hardworking in pursuit of his dream.
