Kalwala Movement

Moses Chola, professionally known as Kalwala Movement, is an emerging hip-hop artist from Mufulira, Zambia. He began recording music in December last year, driven by a natural passion for rap and a desire to share stories inspired by his real-life experiences. His music reflects the struggles, lessons, and truths faced by everyday people, making him a relatable “voice of the people.”

Kalwala Movement is deeply rooted in Hip-Hop, drawing motivation from influential Zambian artists such as Y Celeb, Chef 187, and Slap Dee—artists whose authenticity and lyrical strength inspire him to push harder. He strongly believes in his talent, saying he can feel it within himself that music is his true path.

With a message centered on discipline, focus, and resilience, Kalwala Movement encourages others with his motto:
“You can’t become it if you don’t behave it—keep pushing, success is there for you.”

Though still early in his journey, he hopes to secure sponsorship to help elevate his craft and reach a wider audience. Determined, focused, and passionate, Kalwala Movement aims to become a powerful voice representing his community and the realities of everyday life through music.
